Description

  • Design and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.
  • Lead solution design, technical planning, implementation, and phased deployments.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop custom applications and extend ServiceNow modules using App Engine, Flow Designer, scripting, and other platform capabilities.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications while maintaining secure data flow.
  • Optimize workflows, manage data migrations, and improve platform performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Mentor developers, guide stakeholders, and enforce ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for applications, system designs, configurations, integrations, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure compliance, and recommend enhancements based on ServiceNow updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret or higher clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • In-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, scalability, and security practices.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent-work abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification, AWS or Azure experience, and Jira, Jenkins, or GitHub experience are preferred.
