Description

  • Own the department’s end-to-end planning operating system, including OKR cycles, QBR prep, roadmap management, review operations, and quarterly goal-setting.
  • Run the weekly execution alignment meeting, including agenda creation, pre-reads, decision tracking, and follow-up closure.
  • Develop strategic collateral such as all-hands presentations, offsite content, and executive presentations.
  • Centralize department artifacts into a reliable source of truth aligned with the company’s knowledge management framework.
  • Transform the department’s operating system from AI-assisted to AI-native.
  • Coordinate intake, triage, and staffing for incoming cross-functional requests.
  • Identify organizational friction, misalignments, and communication gaps and resolve them proactively.
  • Prepare and stress-test materials before they are presented to leadership.
  • Support scenario planning and risk mitigation with department leaders.
  • Own high-priority, time-boxed projects such as strategy analysis, RFPs, go/no-go frameworks, build-vs-buy evaluations, and data audits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to influence system designs and roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with engineering tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
  • Experience with AI agent tooling such as Claude or Cursor.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in software engineering or a similar major.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a fearless AI-native operator who automates work with AI agents and maintains quality control over outputs.
  • Ability to create order and predictability without introducing heavy process.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Comfort representing leadership perspectives, making real-time judgment calls, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
