Description

  • Develop and build relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms across the assigned region.
  • Prospect, establish, and grow new law firm relationships while deepening existing partnerships.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firms.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys to keep Libra Solutions and MoveDocs top-of-mind.
  • Provide follow-up, answer questions, and train firms on MoveDocs technology, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions.
  • Assist with scheduling plaintiffs for services requested by attorney clients and coordinate related follow-up needs.
  • Promote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions.
  • Generate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial.
  • Maintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus.
  • Paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with attorneys or other professionals is a plus.
  • Must currently live in the Boston area; no relocation is considered.
  • Ability to travel throughout nearby states weekly, with approximately 60% travel and 40% remote office time.
  • High level of drive, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Must be organized, confident, and passionate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
