Description

  • Explain Lever’s solution capabilities and how they support customer best practices.
  • Partner with sales and account management to document customer goals and propose tailored solution engagements.
  • Scope and price engagements, including requirements and statements of work.
  • Plan and manage project lifecycles, including schedules, tasks, success criteria, budgets, and delivery.
  • Manage client expectations, recommend improvements, and redirect teams when needed.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and customer sponsor for service delivery.
  • Staff and track project resources, assignments, timecards, and utilization in Salesforce and PSA tools.
  • Oversee multiple customer engagements and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Help customers improve existing processes and transition from current tools to Lever.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level consulting projects in customer-facing roles, preferably within a software company’s professional services or consulting team.
  • Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications and translating customer requirements into strategic solutions.
  • Knowledge of consulting processes, including solution development, SOWs and contracts, staffing, project management, invoicing, and revenue generation.
  • Experience leading teams and engagements using Agile techniques, including sprint and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated people management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise with Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management knowledge applicable to projects of varying complexity and customer sophistication.
