Description

  • Lead large-scale, end-to-end BriteCore platform implementations within 4–8 month timelines and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for major customers, managing relationships, expectations, scope, costs, and delivery risks.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, resource coordination, effort tracking, and milestone forecasts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, customer teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
  • Provide progress updates and insights to executive stakeholders at BriteCore and customer organizations.
  • Facilitate outcome-focused meetings, document decisions and action items, and establish accountability.
  • Identify project risks and challenges early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Improve implementation processes to reduce delivery timelines and costs while maintaining quality.
  • Travel domestically overnight up to 20% as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading core systems transformations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships, setting expectations, and driving customer engagement.
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing high-pressure situations with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience (preferred).
  • 1+ year of professional Python coding experience (preferred).
  • Must be located in the United States.
