Description

  • Design and manage high-performing AI systems that support real-time market intelligence and user engagement.
  • Build and manage the full technical funnel from data ingestion through to product conversion.
  • Support and optimize existing AI products while maintaining extreme low-latency performance.
  • Lead new AI initiatives from concept through deployment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from raw social signals to finished market insights.
  • Oversee the tools, software, compute, and API usage needed for high-fidelity tracking and efficient delivery.
  • Take accountability for the commercial performance and ROI of AI code and systems.
  • Contribute as a core technical pillar across the company’s expanding AI ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven engineering background with a track record of scaling technical products.
  • Deep hands-on development experience predating the current AI wave.
  • Strong analytical, numbers-driven approach to architecture and optimization.
  • Comfort with low-level tools, landing page builders, and CRM software for technical funnel building.
  • Understanding of crypto markets and trading dynamics.
  • Some blockchain knowledge for tokenomics-related projects.
  • Clear spoken and written communication in UK English.
  • Bias to action and ability to work in a lean, high-output team.
  • Experience with Python and related frameworks such as FastAPI, asyncio, and Pydantic.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and methods including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Familiarity with data and infrastructure tools such as PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, VectorDB, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with cloud and DevOps tools such as AWS, GCP, AWS Lambda, Docker, and GPU deployment optimization.
  • Experience with automation and APIs such as Selenium, Twitter API v2, Binance API, or CoinGecko API.
