Description

Design and implement automated identity lifecycle workflows for user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes integrated with HR and directory systems.
Build APIs and microservices that let cybersecurity and business teams consume IAM capabilities independently.
Automate periodic access reviews and generate auditable evidence to meet CMF and CNBV regulatory requirements.
Integrate IAM tools with the company’s technology stack, including directory, ticketing, communications, and deployment pipelines, to remove manual processes.
Build and maintain privileged access management (PAM) systems to control, monitor, and audit high-risk access.
Work closely with IT, HR, and business teams to translate access needs into automated solutions.
Improve repetitive support requests by turning recurring manual tasks into automation.
Contribute a developer mindset to security support and operational workflows.

Requirements

Strong experience developing in Python, with a focus on backend services, RESTful APIs, and process automation.
Experience in identity and access management (IAM), including directories, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.
Experience integrating IAM tools with external systems via APIs such as SCIM, LDAP, OAuth/OIDC, or similar.
Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with FastAPI or Flask for building internal services.
Automation-oriented mindset and willingness to replace manual support processes with scalable solutions.
Natural curiosity about applied AI for automation and access anomaly detection.
Experience in technology companies or fintech is a plus.
