Description

  • Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to the US and Global Operations organization across all people processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions aligned to organizational needs and business objectives.
  • Advise functional leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership challenges.
  • Partner with talent teams to deliver people and talent strategies focused on attraction, development, and retention.
  • Work with HR specialist functions to roll out programs that improve employee engagement and support organizational change.
  • Implement and manage year-end performance management processes, including performance assessment, calibration, and compensation planning.
  • Lead employee relations processes to address employee concerns, conflict resolution, problem solving, and accountability practices.
  • Coach managers at all levels on employee behavior, performance issues, feedback, and corrective or disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in HR business partnering, employee relations, or a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of the biotech/pharma industry.
  • Experience partnering with field-based commercial organizations is required.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR plans and strategies for US and global operations organizations.
  • Strong experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee development, employee relations, employee engagement, data and analytics, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience leading culture, change management, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated employee relations expertise with excellent judgment and strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and driving change in ambiguous or complex environments.
  • Values-driven leadership style with willingness to work at all organizational levels.
