Description

  • Support end-to-end HR service delivery across personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of hires, terminations, changes, and audits.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes.
  • Run standard and ad hoc HR reports on headcount, turnover, hiring activity, benefits, and workforce trends.
  • Track HR and Talent Acquisition KPIs and support dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Assist with audits, data validation, and reconciliation across HR, ATS, and payroll systems.
  • Support recruitment and hiring efforts, including requisition tracking, job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep hiring and HR processes on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition support, or a related HR role.
  • Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR KPIs, workforce metrics, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Experience working in a government contracting or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and benefits administration processes is preferred.
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP, or progress toward certification, is preferred.
