Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and processing documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including scheduling sessions, completing I-9s, working with facilitators, and hosting HR orientation.
  • Respond to general employee HR inquiries and escalate issues to senior HR leadership as needed.
  • Execute and occasionally facilitate training sessions for managers and staff.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for benefits questions and oversee employee enrollments.
  • Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution, with the goal of eventually owning the process.
  • Support HR projects such as virtual HR sessions, newsletters, open enrollment, and all-hands meetings.
  • Assist the Director of People Operations with a variety of HR tasks as needed.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including resume reviews and initial screening calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of human resources or related experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in a technology or consulting company is ideal.
  • ADP and Lever experience is a plus, but not required.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required; sponsorship is not available.
  • Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.
  • Must be able to meet Public Trust requirements, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
