Description

  • Design across the full Mars Men brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into polished visual work.
  • Help evolve the Mars Men visual identity, brand systems, and creative standards.
  • Concept and execute creative for major campaigns and launches from ideation through final production.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships, and external production partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and creative priorities while maintaining a high standard of craft and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design, ideally in consumer, DTC, eCommerce, or highly creative brands.
  • An exceptional portfolio showing strong visual taste, craft, and range across brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Ability to work on both large brand-building initiatives and fast-moving day-to-day creative needs.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and brand systems.
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences with an understanding of UX and eCommerce principles.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn strategy into compelling visual executions.
  • Comfort working independently, collaborating cross-functionally, and operating in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
