Description

  • Own and maintain the company-wide legal project tracker with priorities, owners, deadlines, status updates, and next steps.
  • Project manage legal matters from intake through completion and keep workstreams moving by following up on open items.
  • Serve as the primary communications lead for legal matters across internal teams, leadership, and outside counsel.
  • Organize legal requests, consolidate feedback, coordinate responses, and manage stakeholder handoffs.
  • Coordinate contract reviews, corporate matters, employment matters, intellectual property, compliance projects, disputes, and other legal workstreams.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain agreements, legal correspondence, corporate records, and supporting documentation.
  • Build and improve legal processes, systems, and SOPs to increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, legal project manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple legal matters, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to deadlines.
  • Experience working with contracts, legal correspondence, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and identifying next steps without waiting for direction.
