Description

Support attorneys with documentation for securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward-flow transactions.
Manage transaction checklists, closing deliverables, and electronic transaction binders.
Draft resolutions, certificates, and other corporate governance documents for GoodLeap entities.
Develop and maintain AI-enabled trackers for transaction terms, reporting obligations, covenants, and compliance requirements.
Identify process improvements and implement tools to increase Capital Markets Legal efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, attorneys, business partners, and external counsel.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a medium to large law firm, or 4 years in an in-house corporate legal department.
Exposure to capital markets, structured finance, or financial services preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
Working knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent research, drafting, proofreading, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency with project and knowledge management tools, including AI tools.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Professional and collaborative approach.

Benefits

Annual compensation of $70,000–$100,000.
