Description

  • Lead design across landing pages, the ecommerce site, brand campaigns, paid social statics, lifecycle assets, and other key customer touchpoints.
  • Remain hands-on from concept through final execution while balancing creative quality, brand consistency, conversion, and speed.
  • Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Brand, Performance Creative, and development teams to turn business priorities and customer insights into high-impact creative.
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, processes, and quality standards.
  • Manage and develop internal designers and external creative partners.
  • Provide clear direction and raise the creative bar across the design function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of multidisciplinary design experience within high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio spanning landing pages, ecommerce experiences, brand systems, campaigns, and paid social statics.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including responsive design, component libraries, prototyping, and scalable design systems.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce UX/UI, mobile-first design, Shopify environments, and conversion principles.
  • Experience leading, managing, and developing designers while remaining highly hands-on in the work.
  • Exceptional creative judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to move quickly through ambiguity.
  • Experience within high-growth consumer brands is preferred.
