Description

  • Develop creative concepts and testing strategies across paid social channels.
  • Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, creators, and production partners.
  • Analyze creative performance and translate learnings into new concepts and iterations.
  • Partner with Growth and Paid Media teams to align creative priorities with acquisition goals.
  • Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, hooks, formats, audiences, and offers.
  • Research customer insights, competitive creative, platform trends, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage creative timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related role at a DTC brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices.
  • Experience using performance data and customer insights to inform creative strategy.
  • Strong visual and narrative judgment across short-form video, static, UGC, and other paid social formats.
  • Experience writing briefs and providing clear, actionable feedback to creative partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
