Description

  • Serve as the primary procurement partner and stakeholder contact for an assigned business function.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities across business owners, finance, the CFO’s office, and procurement teams.
  • Manage the full P2P lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract review, redlining, approvals, requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Lead vendor communications, negotiations, and commercial discussions on behalf of business owners.
  • Enforce procurement policies, including intake requirements and purchase orders before vendor engagement.
  • Record contract metadata, service dates, and renewal clauses in the procurement system.
  • Confirm service satisfaction and enter receipt data to support three-way matching.
  • Track renewals, identify savings opportunities, support cancellations, and advise stakeholders on contract wind-downs.
  • Resolve service and billing issues and use vendor scorecards to maintain performance standards.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply-chain management, including enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience managing end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contract redlining, requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with VPs and department heads.
  • Understanding of contract terms, redlining, three-way matching, and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency with P2P systems; Coupa is strongly preferred, with Ariba or NetSuite as alternatives.
  • Polished written and spoken business English for direct engagement with US-based executives.
  • Domain experience in the selected track: Marketing & Sales, RevOps/IT, or HR/Indirect.
  • Experience implementing or configuring procurement systems such as Coupa is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and third-party benchmarking tools is preferred.
