Description

  • Own a rolling portfolio of approximately 65–80 merchants from contract signing through their first 28 days live.
  • Drive outbound merchant engagement to accelerate activation and launch timelines.
  • Meet quarterly attainment goals tied to implementation speed and quality.
  • Develop, test, and refine implementation playbooks for new verticals.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements as the business matures.
  • Partner cross-functionally to remove blockers delaying merchant launches.
  • Manage merchant relationships and implementation progress across a high-volume book of business.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Track record of meeting quota or attainment-based goals.
  • Comfort with outbound engagement and high call volume.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a large, rolling portfolio.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to test, learn, and adjust processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially by phone.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, Open API, or SFTP integrations preferred.
  • Availability for primarily remote work and travel 1–2 times annually for training, offsites, and team-building.
