Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, and take phone calls when requested.
  • Explain product packages, pricing, and credit-based usage in clear, non-technical language.
  • Guide customers through checkout using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Address common sales objections, including pricing and timing, using the sales playbook.
  • Run outbound chat and email campaigns based on customer product usage and purchase signals.
  • Qualify and route large or multi-seat opportunities to account managers with clear notes.
  • Log all customer interactions, purchase intent, objections, and usage patterns in Salesforce.
  • Provide human confirmation and support for customers purchasing online.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS inside sales, chat sales, or inbound SDR/BDR experience.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets, with metrics such as conversion rate, deals closed, or quota attainment.
  • Experience closing sales through live chat while managing multiple simultaneous conversations.
  • Comfort contacting existing customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Clear, accurate written English and confident spoken English for customer calls.
  • Ability to explain credit-based consumption models, including usage, burn rate, and top-ups, to non-technical buyers.
  • Daily experience using Salesforce or another CRM and maintaining complete records.
  • Ability to follow a sales playbook while adapting communication to individual customers.
  • Experience selling to accounting, audit, or professional services firms (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-powered products, product-led growth conversion, Salesforce CPQ or guided selling tools, or French, German, or Dutch language skills (preferred).
