Description

  • Monitor, analyze, and report SaaS revenue metrics, including new, upgrade, downgrade, expansion, and churned ARR/MRR.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Reconcile and validate revenue data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery.
  • Perform data quality assurance, investigate reporting discrepancies, and maintain analytics-pipeline integrity.
  • Support transformation initiatives by defining metrics, refining data models, and establishing automated reporting workflows.
  • Assist Finance and Revenue Operations with forecasting models, scenario analysis, and retention and churn analytics.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams on metric definitions, reporting cadence, and data taxonomy.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and clear narratives for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in revenue analytics, financial data analysis, business intelligence, or SaaS revenue reporting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models and metrics including ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, gross retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, and CAC.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and analyzing warehouse data, including Google BigQuery.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario testing.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to validate and reconcile cross-system data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills for presenting data insights to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Stripe billing configurations and transaction structures (preferred).
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP module reporting (preferred).
  • Understanding of GTM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise financial planning (preferred).
