Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage the onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Understand clients’ technical requirements and business objectives to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams to resolve client issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s AI-powered customer support solutions and explain technical details to clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Track and report on key account metrics such as customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Use account insights to drive improvements in the company’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
  • 2-3+ years of experience delivering successful customer implementations.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working EST hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations such as Salesforce and Zendesk is preferred.
  • Familiarity with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience with telephony systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys is preferred.
