Description

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate for enterprise accounts.
  • Support customers through design, onboarding, implementation, configuration, adoption, expansion, and optimization of ControlUp solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on implementation best practices, solution operation, adoption strategies, performance tuning, and use case enhancement.
  • Use active listening and consultative investigation to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Mentor and coach customers to maximize their ControlUp deployment and identify new use cases.
  • Act as a technical partner to sales and presales teams during the sales process.
  • Develop technical collateral such as best practices, deployment architectures, and solution guides.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the full ControlUp product portfolio.
  • Share feedback on process improvements and contribute to internal technical projects, including feature support, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best-practices development.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed, averaging 1-2 visits per quarter.

Requirements

  • Enterprise IT consulting experience with a strong technical foundation in endpoint management, VDI, application virtualization, the Microsoft ecosystem, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Background in roles such as Desktop Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or EUC Specialist.
  • Proven ability to navigate enterprise IT environments.
  • Track record of technical leadership and customer engagement.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Omnissa, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and/or other VDI technologies in large organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop management.
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to streamline scripting work.
  • Ability to speak French, German, Spanish, or Dutch.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, note-taking, and time management skills.
