Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for multiple clients at the same time.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and technical requirements to configure solutions appropriately.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions and data integrations for client implementations.
  • Configure and train clients on Level AI products, including Auto-QA, Analytics, Voice of the Customer, Agent Assist, and Screen Recording.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer support to resolve client needs and technical issues.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing solutions to current clients.
  • Track and report key account metrics such as customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Use client metrics and feedback to drive improvements in the product and implementation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
  • 1+ years of experience delivering successful customer implementations.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable solving implementation challenges.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience with telephony systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, or Genesys is preferred.
