Description

  • Act as the operational backbone for the account team and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary client partner, building trust and communicating proactively.
  • Oversee daily execution across media and creative deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with media strategists to analyze performance data and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Translate campaign metrics into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Own forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing with precision.
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed on marketing and industry trends.
  • Use generative AI tools to streamline workflows, generate ideas, and improve execution.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving ambitious client goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or client services environment.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious goals.
  • Strong financial fluency with ownership of budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
  • Comfortable using and learning AI tools to improve speed and quality.
  • Background in ecommerce, education, or B2B verticals preferred.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
  • Experience upselling or growing client accounts preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. or Canada resident; visa sponsorship is not available.
