Description

  • Own client strategy by translating business goals into performance marketing plans that drive measurable results.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, run agile standups, and keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear guidance, strategic recommendations, and relationship leadership.
  • Analyze performance data, ask incisive questions, and turn insights into action.
  • Present confidently to clients and senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
  • Identify growth opportunities, pitch new ideas, and secure buy-in for execution.
  • Mentor and coordinate resources for a small client team while overseeing account leadership.
  • Maintain budgets, forecasting, invoicing, profitability, and documentation with accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a digital agency leading client accounts across paid media.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Direct experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfort owning client budgets, forecasts, and account-level profitability.
  • Proven success driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar complex verticals.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep analytical mindset with decisions grounded in data and results.
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to improve work quality and speed.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-volume accounts with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. or Canada resident; visa sponsorship is not available.
