Description

  • Define and operationalize a differentiated company narrative and brand messaging framework across product and solution storytelling.
  • Lead visual identity, tone of voice, and creative standards across all channels, serving as the final approver for brand and design execution.
  • Oversee content strategy, communications, public relations, social media, and executive thought leadership to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Ensure the company’s story is discoverable across search, AI-driven platforms, and community ecosystems.
  • Introduce AI-enabled workflows to scale content creation, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
  • Mentor and oversee team members across content, communications, and creative, providing clear prioritization and high-quality feedback.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Web, Sales, and executives to maintain consistent storytelling across the buyer journey.
  • Build measurement frameworks that connect brand activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Own end-to-end creative strategy and approve major brand, design, and campaign work to ensure quality, consistency, and impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand, communications, or content leadership, with B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling a corporate marketing or brand function.
  • Strong background in brand strategy and creative direction, with prior experience as a designer or working closely with design and creative teams.
  • Experience with modern discovery strategies, including SEO, AEO, and GEO.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows and marketing innovation.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong editorial judgment, creative sensibility, and a data-driven outlook.
