Description

  • Define and execute an AI transformation roadmap aligned with marketing leadership priorities and business objectives.
  • Translate strategic AI initiatives into sequenced adoption plans based on team readiness, tool maturity, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Identify high-leverage marketing workflows and create playbooks for redesigning them with AI.
  • Build and run change management, enablement, and training programs that drive sustained AI adoption.
  • Measure adoption through workflow changes and behavior shifts, and report on genuine usage rather than training completion alone.
  • Design AI governance standards, review processes, and decision frameworks that maintain brand consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to decompose roles into workflows and determine what should be automated, redesigned, or augmented.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support the AI Champions network across marketing teams.
  • Create measurement dashboards and executive reporting on adoption, efficiency gains, time savings, and output quality.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineering, R&D/BTT, Sales Operations, and HR to connect tooling, data, adoption, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or marketing transformation, including leading change management or organizational transformation at scale.
  • Experience embedding emerging technology, including AI, into marketing workflows across a large organization; experience with a 200+ person marketing team is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of marketing functions such as campaign operations, content production, demand generation, brand, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable, sustained behavior change and workflow adoption, not just awareness or training completion.
  • Experience designing governance frameworks for new capabilities at scale.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present progress to senior leadership with clarity and honesty.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a role where the playbook is still being written.
  • Experience at a company that has gone through a similar AI transformation within marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS marketing tech stack, including MAPs, CRMs, ad platforms, and data visualization platforms, is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tooling ecosystems such as Claude/Anthropic, Gemini, agent frameworks, and MCP integrations is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $181,000-$290,000 USD for Zone A, $157,000-$251,000 USD for Zone B, or $142,000-$227,000 USD for Zone C, depending on location.
  • Cash compensation may include overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
