Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Dayforce HCM.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, and Analytics.
  • Own and support additional HR technology platforms such as Pave, Culture Amp, and Built, including configuration, integrations, user access, and data integrity.
  • Oversee integrations between Dayforce and other HR systems to ensure accurate and secure data flow.
  • Manage system updates, testing cycles, and release deployments across HR platforms.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls in line with governance standards.
  • Partner with vendors on service contracts, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct audits, manage lifecycle transactions, and maintain data governance, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Build dashboards, custom reports, and recurring analytics to support leadership and workforce decisions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support, training, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding access support for end users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience with hands-on expertise in Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM processes including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Core HR.
  • Experience administering or supporting additional HR technology platforms such as compensation, engagement, performance, or employer branding tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Strong data analysis and statistical interpretation skills.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting data integrity, audits, and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when managing sensitive information.
