Description

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support steady revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and technology alliance stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Customize sales approaches and presentations to address specific client needs and interests.
  • Work with existing partners and establish new partnerships for implementation services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and report on market forces and sales achievements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market activity to inform competitive sales solutions.
  • Take commercial ownership of assigned accounts and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech, receivables finance, or startup environments.
  • Preferred experience in asset based lending (ABL), receivables finance (RF), open accounting (OA), and invoice finance (IF).
  • Experience with software solutions and the U.S. marketplace.
  • Understanding of the competitive software landscape in asset finance and related lending areas.
  • Proven experience in sales and partner relationships, ideally with SaaS platforms in a similar industry.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions in financial services and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales environments, including sales tools, content, training methodologies, and enterprise buying processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior leadership, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with accountability, initiative, and adaptability.
