Description

  • Complete monthly revenue accruals and prepare deferred revenue calculations in coordination with billing, customer success, and sales teams.
  • Support audit and tax requirements related to revenue recognition and bookings.
  • Manage cost bookings for supplier payments, trainer fees, payroll, and intercompany transactions, ensuring correct allocation and policy compliance.
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals from payroll provider inputs and support audit and tax compliance for payment activities.
  • Ensure Profit & Loss transactions are recorded with the correct accounting dimensions and review trial balances for unusual entries.
  • Prepare timely balance sheet reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Lead weekly group cash forecasting and support banking initiatives such as bank account rationalisation across regions.
  • Own the quarterly group sales commission calculation and reporting process, coordinating with commercial stakeholders to ensure accuracy and auditability.
  • Support accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain strong financial controls across the business.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (CA/ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • 4–6 years of strong accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred.
  • Exposure to fast-scaling or complex multi-entity environments is preferred.
  • Strong background working in international, multi-currency group structures.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes with a strong focus on accuracy and financial reporting.
  • A systems mindset with a hands-on approach to operational delivery.
  • Proactive and resilient attitude with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
