Description

  • Own the SalesPro roadmap for Leap’s broad contractor customer base in partnership with design and engineering.
  • Define problems worth solving, prioritize sequencing, and connect each initiative to measurable retention or activation outcomes.
  • Maintain a weekly cadence of contractor research through interviews, onsite visits, call reviews, and usability sessions.
  • Run discovery and delivery in parallel using thin slices that test core hypotheses before full buildout.
  • Set and defend the quality bar for contractor-ready experiences before development, at release, and after launch.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to stay grounded in customer needs.
  • Build cross-functional alignment around problem framing, solution direction, and phased delivery plans.
  • Use AI in your daily workflow to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and synthesis.
  • Shape the future of SalesPro as it evolves into broader CRM-centric workflows within Leap Crew.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or another workflow-heavy product.
  • Experience owning a product area end to end, including problem framing, discovery, roadmap sequencing, and outcome delivery.
  • Regular, structured customer discovery habits that influence decisions.
  • Experience with thin slicing and dual-track delivery.
  • Data fluency with the ability to distinguish signal from noise and turn insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Comfort working with engineers as peers, including feasibility and architecture trade-offs.
  • Strong writing skills for problem statements, recommendations, and post-launch reflections.
  • AI embedded in your workflow for ideation, prototyping, drafting, and research synthesis.
  • Experience in field service, trades software, financial workflows, payments, or other complex B2B environments is a plus.
