Description

  • Define the new pod’s charter and roadmap from scratch.
  • Build pod strategy from the product vision and influence broader product strategy.
  • Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences, including integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization.
  • Partner with agency operations leaders to decide what should be solved by people, product, or automation.
  • Ship end-to-end experiences, including internal enablement and change management.
  • Instrument the domain so product and business success can be measured from day one.
  • Mentor PMs and agency team members and help shape team rituals.
  • Help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering.
  • Stay current on AI and product trends and educate stakeholders on what matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years of AI product experience.
  • Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization.
  • Proven 0→1 ownership of an ambiguous, mission-critical product area from concept to shipped adoption.
  • Cross-functional leadership without authority, with experience aligning ops, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong product judgment in ambiguous, problem-first environments.
  • Genuine desire to grow into product management leadership.
  • Experience at a small startup with fewer than 150 people (preferred).
  • Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products (preferred).
  • Experience in a tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business (preferred).
  • First-PM-in-domain experience (bonus).
  • Digital marketing domain knowledge (bonus).
  • Real estate domain knowledge, such as rentals, multifamily, or single-family (bonus).
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
