Description

  • Lead customer implementations through workflow discovery, workflow design, change management, and go-live support.
  • Help customers prioritize, design, and optimize workflows to increase platform value.
  • Monitor product usage data and proactively engage customers to deepen adoption and validate outcomes.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training programs to support feature adoption and changing customer workflows.
  • Follow support best practices, gather issue details, and coordinate internal resources to resolve customer problems.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders by defining success metrics, tracking progress, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Manage account program plans, remove barriers, and keep customer initiatives on schedule.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with executive leadership to review progress, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Share customer feedback with cross-functional teams to influence roadmap decisions and support marketing case studies and user community sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working on healthcare products or with hospitals.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role such as management consulting, implementation management, or customer success.
  • Healthcare background in operations management or patient flow.
  • Strong strategic, organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Graduate degree in MHA, MPH, MHSA, MBA, MS, or MSN with a focus in health informatics is a plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training using models such as A3, DMAIC, or PDCA is a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Remote candidates must be located in one of the approved states listed in the posting.
