Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including variable data collection, tax calculation, and payroll preparation and review.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish tax and social security obligations, including AEAT and Social Security filings.
  • Handle employee administration processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Validate and manage payroll and HR processes in Sistema RED, SILTRA, and related HR/payroll systems.
  • Administer flexible compensation plans and employee benefits.
  • Supervise monthly payroll closings and prepare reports on personnel costs, provisions, and absenteeism.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth integration experience.
  • Prepare documentation and collaborate with Finance on audits, payroll accounting entries, and reconciliations.
  • Implement internal HR policies, including the Equality Plan and LGD compliance, and keep collective agreements and internal regulations updated.
  • Resolve complex payroll and labor-related issues, monitor labor law updates, and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of payroll experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • In-depth understanding of labor law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in IT environments.
  • High analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements is a plus.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
