Description

  • Support key product initiatives through performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning.
  • Define and track product metrics that measure performance and user behavior.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure new features capture the right data from the start.
  • Run experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate product improvements.
  • Analyze member journeys to identify drop-off points, engagement drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations that inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve data reliability and usability.
  • Maintain clear definitions of key metrics so teams stay aligned.
  • Help the team understand different user segments and behaviors as the product scales.

Requirements

  • Around 3+ years of experience in product, growth, data analytics, or consultancy roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with SQL experience as a plus.
  • Experience building dashboards or working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Experience running experiments and interpreting results in a real-world context.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clinicians.
  • Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
  • AI fluency at least at Sword Health’s Level 1, meaning you use AI daily to boost personal productivity.
