Description

  • Manage approximately 200+ inbound and outbound warm calls per week.
  • Close new customers during 6–15 minute sales calls.
  • Explain LawnStarter’s services to U.S. customers.
  • Upsell recurring plans during customer conversations.
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Follow data protection policies and procedures.
  • Participate in structured sales training and ongoing coaching during ramp-up.
  • Work assigned shifts within the company’s operating hours and schedule changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections.
  • Strong customer service and empathy skills.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
  • At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience.
  • High school graduate; college preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and VoIP tools, with Google Suite preferred.
  • Desktop or laptop with camera, Core i5 and 8GB RAM minimum.
  • Dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset.
  • Stable Ethernet connection of at least 25 Mbps with a 10 Mbps backup minimum.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Dependable with an excellent work ethic.
  • Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week on a rotating or compressed schedule.

Benefits

  • Base pay of Php 41,360.00 per month.
  • Performance incentives of Php 9,000–37,000 per month.
  • Total potential pay of Php 50,360–78,360 per month.
  • Statutory benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes.
  • 13th month pay.
  • Night differential as mandated by DOLE.
  • Remote work from home.
