Description

  • Handle inbound, pre-qualified sales conversations with prospective clients.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s credit profile and situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address objections.
  • Rebut client concerns and guide prospects toward a purchase decision.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Collaborate within a remote, full-time sales environment focused on customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector, including credit cards, repair, history, score, or reporting.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a B2C financial and banking services environment.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for client needs.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the specified schedules in EST, including weekday-only or weekday-plus-Saturday options.
  • Bring Your Own Device requirement with a computer matching company specifications.
  • Comfort using TCP’s technology suite, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu.
  • Hunger to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
