Description

  • Manage approximately 200+ warm inbound and outbound calls per week.
  • Close new customers and explain LawnStarter’s services over the phone.
  • Upsell recurring plans during sales conversations.
  • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes while meeting sales and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with U.S. customers by phone and in writing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow data protection policies.
  • Work within a structured call center process and use feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telesales or BPO experience.
  • Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High school graduate; college preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and VoIP tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and empathy skills.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and coachable.
  • Reliable and able to work in a distraction-free home workspace.
  • Desktop or laptop with camera, Core i5 and 8GB RAM minimum, dual monitors, and a noise-canceling headset.
  • Stable Ethernet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps backup minimum.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace.
