Description

  • Own the Veda Platform roadmap and define the strategic direction for the product.
  • Author detailed PRDs and functional specifications for complex features.
  • Prioritize and sequence engineering work using customer, revenue, feasibility, and strategy criteria.
  • Translate customer needs and market signals into a prioritized product roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the SDLC and broader product lifecycle practices.
  • Establish repeatable processes for discovery, specification, development, QA, launch, and iteration.
  • Own internal and external communication around product releases and lifecycle updates.
  • Align Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success on what is shipping and why.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
  • Experience managing enterprise product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong technical fluency in smart contracts, data platforms, and web applications.
  • Comfort discussing system architecture, API design, and infrastructure trade-offs with engineers.
  • Track record of shipping products that improved measurable business outcomes such as revenue, retention, or adoption.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers in discovery, feedback, and design review settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear specs, present to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
  • 2+ years of experience in crypto, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Ethereum smart contracts, on-chain protocols, and vault/yield management concepts (preferred).
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or capital markets infrastructure (preferred).
  • Exposure to platform or developer product management, including APIs, SDKs, or developer documentation (preferred).
  • Experience building or scaling a product team from the ground up (preferred).
