Description

  • Own the strategy, delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for major DoiT Partner Platform components.
  • Serve as the primary product authority and align multiple product squads around the platform vision and execution.
  • Partner with VP-level leadership to translate strategy into clear problems to solve and shippable scope.
  • Mentor and direct other Technical Product Owners to improve product management practices and cross-platform cohesion.
  • Drive the discover → define → build → release → measure → iterate feedback loop across teams.
  • Review technical designs, evaluate tradeoffs, and understand the impact on delivery timelines and system behavior.
  • Work closely with cloud partners and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, workflows, and assumptions.
  • Use partner conversations and operational insight to identify friction points, gaps, and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning.
  • Define success metrics and ensure releases are measurable, auditable, and tied to partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally in cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or building platforms for cloud customers or partners.
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution alongside engineering.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem, including resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, and marketplaces.
  • Experience building or operating platforms that serve channel or partner-driven business models.
  • Strong product sense for turning messy operational problems into clear scope and shipped value with an excellent user experience.
  • Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Coding experience is a plus for collaborating effectively with engineers and reasoning about feasibility.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging partners, cloud experts, and executive stakeholders.
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement, with a track record of shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating.
