Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure for assigned business verticals from raw data ingestion through final dashboards.
  • Partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and support decision-making.
  • Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies across dashboards.
  • Standardize reporting and develop trusted data sources that improve efficiency and self-service analytics.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Challenge stakeholders with insights and recommendations that lead to action.
  • Execute ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy and strong business context.
  • Build and maintain complex data models and reporting structures with awareness of downstream impacts.
  • Drive data literacy and educate business teams on how to use and interpret reporting.
  • Surface problems proactively and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting adoption and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex data.
  • Experience building reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work with messy, complex, third-party data.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about how the business makes money.
  • Experience partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and influence decisions.
  • Ability to trace discrepancies to the source before drawing conclusions.
  • Comfort operating in a remote-first, high-performance environment with strong ownership expectations.

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
