Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure for assigned business verticals from raw data ingestion through final dashboard delivery.
  • Partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify trends, issues, and business opportunities.
  • Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies, and develop a roadmap for standardization.
  • Build, standardize, and improve dashboards and reporting processes to drive adoption and self-service use.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, CAC performance, and full-funnel metrics.
  • Translate business context into analytical work by understanding how each vertical makes money and which performance levers matter most.
  • Challenge stakeholders with insights they may not be seeing and recommend actions based on data.
  • Trace data discrepancies back to their source and ensure reporting is accurate and business-ready.
  • Develop trusted data sources and maintain awareness of downstream impacts when changing LookML or equivalent models.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex data.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Experience working with messy, complex, third-party data.
  • Ability to partner closely with business teams to uncover trends and support decisions.
  • Curiosity and business depth, with an ability to ask questions first and grow into a trusted analytical partner.
  • Strong analytical rigor, communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership skills.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, fast-paced, high-performance environment (preferred).

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
