Description

  • Identify, develop, and capture new federal IT business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal agency stakeholders, buyers, and influencers.
  • Drive early engagement activities, including securing pre-RFP meetings and shaping acquisition strategies.
  • Support and influence contract pursuits, including prime awards, task orders, and contract vehicle access.
  • Collaborate internally to align sales strategies with the company’s technical capabilities and offerings.
  • Expand the company’s footprint beyond its established presence into additional federal agencies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in federal business development, capture management, or federal IT sales within a government contractor.
  • Demonstrated, current relationships with federal IT decision-makers and influencers.
  • Proven track record of securing and leading pre-RFP engagements with program and acquisition stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of influencing acquisition strategies and contract pathways.
  • Proven track record of contributing to or leading successful federal contract wins, including prime awards, major task orders, or contract vehicle on-ramps.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related technology solutions.
  • Current experience driving growth through new federal business opportunities.

Benefits

  • $145,000 - $175,000 a year.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time position.
