Description

  • Own the creator SLG strategy end to end, including acquisition model, segmentation, and channel mix.
  • Set annual and quarterly GTM plans, goals, resource needs, and success metrics for creator acquisition.
  • Define the creator journey from outreach through activation and build programs where sales-assisted motions outperform self-serve.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to create creator-facing value propositions, pitch materials, and acquisition playbooks.
  • Build and run full-funnel creator acquisition campaigns across outbound, events, social, partnerships, and paid media.
  • Lead creator segmentation and targeting with Data Science and Marketing Ops to prioritize high-potential cohorts.
  • Develop lifecycle programs that move creators from signup to active affiliate participation and reduce time-to-first-transaction.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product updates into creator messaging, campaigns, and enablement.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales for creator acquisition and align on pipeline and coverage models.
  • Build, manage, and develop the creator SLG marketing team, including operating rhythms, coaching, and performance management.
  • Define measurement frameworks, run experimentation, and report performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Legal, and Compliance on attribution, forecasting, reporting, terms, disclosures, and jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creator marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles with direct responsibility for acquisition at scale.
  • Experience at a social media platform, creator economy company, or affiliate/influencer marketing business.
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales-led or sales-assisted growth programs that drove measurable acquisition outcomes.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams, including building GTM playbooks and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong data orientation, including setting up measurement frameworks, defining success metrics, and using performance data to make decisions.
  • Experience managing and growing a team, ideally in a high-performing function at an early stage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics, creator monetization models, or marketplace dynamics is a meaningful advantage.
  • Experience with social platform creator programs such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, or similar.
  • Understanding of what motivates creators to join and stay active in a monetization ecosystem.

  • Salary range of $200,000 - $275,000 OTE.
