Description

  • Support digital marketing and audience growth initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Improve online visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and emerging AEO/AI search practices.
  • Optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement across relevant platforms and online communities.
  • Support content distribution and amplify thought leadership.
  • Assist with targeted paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with PR, communications, and social media specialists.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or audience development.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content, website optimisation, analytics, and paid media.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to execute independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting executives, founders, entrepreneurs, authors, thought leaders, or personal brands preferred.
  • Experience with AEO/AI search, community marketing, audience development, or content distribution preferred.
