Description

  • Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators, and affiliate publishers.
  • Identify suitable partners and build long-term relationships with creators, publishers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Own creator briefs, commercial deals, licensing, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Develop a scalable and commercially sound framework for creator partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to connect creator activity with feature launches and product stories.
  • Optimize live creator content across paid, affiliate, search, and AI-discovery channels.
  • Use performance insights to determine what to scale, improve, or stop.
  • Build program structure and processes where they do not yet exist.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate, or partner marketing programs.
  • Experience in technology, digital products, marketplaces, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience negotiating creator agreements.
  • Ability to use data to evaluate performance, identify patterns, and make decisions without perfect reporting infrastructure.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with creators, publishers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, assess performance, or scale marketing programs.
  • Interest in building creator programs for products shaping the future of creative work.
