Description

  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic provider groups and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Drive provider engagement, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and network expansion.
  • Set team strategy, priorities, operating rhythms, account-planning frameworks, and performance-management processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Pilot and scale AI-enabled tools and automation across credentialing, reconciliation, drafting, escalation, and other workflows.
  • Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to develop repeatable AI and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Member Services, Claims, Clinical, Product, and Network Strategy to improve provider experiences and resolve issues.
  • Define cross-functional escalation pathways, roles, and handoffs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop network and territory managers while building a high-performance culture.
  • Establish reporting and data visibility into provider health, team performance, and network outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or account leadership.
  • 3+ years of team management experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Experience with Centers of Excellence, provider networks, or value-based care preferred.
  • Track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to increase team output preferred.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic planning, operational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Experience with project management and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
  • Remote position in the United States; approximately 40% travel required, with the East Coast preferred.
