Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts and contacts for targeted outreach.
  • Qualify leads and hand them off to Account Executives for discovery calls.
  • Maintain accurate prospecting activity and lead status records in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for call volume, connect rates, and meetings booked.
  • Personalize outreach based on prospect research and pain points.
  • Follow up persistently and professionally across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on common objections and lead quality.
  • Continuously improve through coaching, training, and self-development.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, or demonstrated aptitude for a first sales role.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and no phone aversion.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
  • Basic CRM proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to self-manage against quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls.
  • Availability to work US time zones.
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or Instantly (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting (nice to have).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or services sales (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of basic sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDIC (nice to have).
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding SDR quotas (nice to have).
