Description

  • Create and nurture outbound leads through prospecting and follow-up.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying customer needs, fit, and readiness.
  • Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and activity records in CRM.
  • Prioritize and focus on high-quality opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Consistently follow up with warm leads and re-engage dormant prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoff to closers.
  • Provide context and notes for each meeting to support the sales process.
  • Track outreach, engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
  • Support pipeline reporting, updates, and follow-up workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings.
  • Ability to manage outreach volume consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Asana.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • B2B experience selling marketing or digital services is preferred.
  • Experience in Attorney, Pool Builder, Home Service, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools and LinkedIn prospecting is preferred.
  • Experience working with US-based teams is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines is preferred.
