Description

  • Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks and processes.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and validate data integrity across sources.
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Work within GA4, ad platforms, and call tracking tools to support tracking and attribution.
  • Support tagging and tracking implementation.
  • Maintain internal and client-facing reporting needs and ensure timely report delivery.
  • Collaborate with activation teams to support reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
  • Strong experience with GA4.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Improvado, AgencyAnalytics, and Whatagraph.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize dashboards using Looker, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), SA360, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, at B2-C1 level.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail or WhatConverts, preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL or advanced data tools, preferred.
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing data, preferred.
  • Experience supporting paid media teams or US-based clients, preferred.
