Description

  • Coordinate tasks, projects, and initiatives for assigned client brands with Brand Managers.
  • Translate brand priorities and client requests into defined projects with owners, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manage projects through setup, resourcing, timeline tracking, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving product launches, catalog updates, content, advertising, pricing, inventory, compliance, reporting, and marketplace expansion.
  • Create, assign, organize, and maintain projects and tasks in Asana or comparable platforms.
  • Track active work, follow up with owners, and maintain accurate documentation, status updates, and project histories.
  • Coordinate Advertising, Content, Graphic Design, Catalog, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Finance teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure deliverables are completed in the correct sequence.
  • Identify risks, delays, resource constraints, ownership gaps, and blockers; resolve or escalate them as needed.
  • Report project status, deadlines, risks, action items, and escalation needs to Brand Managers while recommending process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, account management, or a similar role managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying requirements, deadlines, risks, and status updates.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and similar productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced English proficiency (C1–C2). Preferred: e-commerce, Amazon, digital marketplace, agency, or related operational experience, including familiarity with Seller Central or Vendor Central.
